Soberton International began as a designer and manufacturer of audio devices for the Asian market - initially servicing applications involving magnetic and piezo buzzers for the consumer electronics industry. In 1998 Soberton Inc. was incorporated to expand Soberton International’s footprint to the Americas and European markets.  It was and is headquartered in the central section of the United States (Minneapolis, Minnesota). 

In addition to increasing sales of existing audio devices, a corporate commitment was made to expand a broader product offering to new industry sectors i.e. medical device, industrial equipment, transportation, security, etc.  Great emphasis was spent on designing and providing unique, high quality, 100% tested parts in smaller production runs.  Partnering with key International Distributors like DigiKey, Master Electronics, On Line Components, and Electro Sonic. Soberton’s audio devices became readily available to any and all of the electronic industry’s applications.  We are proud to be included as a reliable component in everything from internal defibrillators and IV monitors, to EV chargers, model trains, home appliances, security and safety equipment, and high-end toys.
