POSCAP™ Polymer Tantalum Capacitors are SMD capacitors that utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer cathode. Ideal for digital high frequency applications because of their stable capacitance at high frequencies/temps, these capacitors offer high capacitance density in a D or B case size.
