Rugged Tiger EYE™ Systems: Available in three pitches (0.80 mm, 1.27 mm and 2.00 mm), these micro rugged interconnects feature Samtec’s Tiger Eye™ contact system for high reliability and high cycle applications. The multi-finger, BeCu contacts provide redundant points of contact along with the best combination of mechanical and electrical properties. Increased design flexibility is achieved with the choice of surface mount or through-hole termination, as well as vertical or right angle orientations and ruggedizing features such as friction latching, weld tabs and locking clips.

Discrete Wire: Discrete wire cable assemblies and components with pitch availability from 0.80 mm to 6.35 mm and wire ranges from 32 to 10 AWG. Broad selection of bodies, contacts and terminals available with rugged latching, high-reliability Tiger Eye™ or individually shrouded contact systems, standard and high-power versions, polarization and keying. Tooling is available for component and complete assembly production.

IDC & FFC: IDC wire cable assemblies with high reliability Tiger Eye™ contacts on 1.27 mm and 2.00 mm pitch, as well as dual beam contacts on 2.54 mm pitch. Choice of socket and plug terminations, low profile and slim body designs; ejector, shrouded and elevated headers for mating, and optional locking clips and caps for more rugged applications.
