This microbridge mass airflow sensor from Honeywell comes from their AWM 2000 Series of Airflow Sensors. The sensor features actual mass air flow sensing, low differential pressure sensing, bidirectional sensing capability, and has a flow range of ?200 sccm. In order to function properly, the sensor requires a heater control circuit and sensing bridge supply circuit not on board the package.
