Panasonic SP-Cap™ Polymer Aluminum Capacitors

SP-Cap™ Polymer Aluminum Capacitors are SMD capacitors that utilize a conductive polymer as their electrolyte material in a layered aluminum design.  Primarily used as I/O capacitors for DC/DC converters due to their ultra-low ESR, these capacitors can withstand high reflow temperatures in a low profile D case size.

  • Voltage Range: 2V to 35V
  • Capacitance Range: 820μF to 10μF
  • Ultra-Low ESR: as low as 3mΩ
  • High Ripple Current Rating: up to 10.2Arms
  • Operating Temperature Range: as wide as -55°C to +135°C
  • Long Life: up to 5,500h
