The Trek product line includes high-voltage amplifiers, power supplies and generators, electrostatic measurement instruments, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensors and monitors. The tools are excellent for semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, PV solar, and test and measurement applications.
