Panasonic POSCAP™ Polymer Tantalum Capacitors

POSCAP™ Polymer Tantalum Capacitors are SMD capacitors that utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer cathode. Ideal for digital high frequency applications because of their stable capacitance at high frequencies/temps, these capacitors offer high capacitance density in a D or B case size.

  • Voltage Range: 2V to 35V
  • Large Capacitance: 1,500μF to 3.9μF
  • Low ESR: as low as 5mΩ
  • High Ripple Current Rating: up to 6.1Arms
  • Wide Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to +125°C
  • Endurance: up to 2,000h
