Tyco Sensors
Tyco Electronics offers a wide range of sensors for a variety of applications ranging from industrial to appliance to automotive.
Pulse Wire Sensors consist of a composite wire, a permanent magnet wire and a surrounding pickup coil and can sense rotor positions, serve as revolution counters and detect speed and rotation.
PLCD Sensors consist of a special soft magnetic core surrounded by a coil, wound around its entire length. On each end of the core is a second short coil.
Position Sensors are compact in size and have multiple control options. They are for contactless detection of diverse mechanical parameters such as switching, position, angle, engine speed and rotation.
