What is your return policy?
Onlinecomponents.com accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money at your option. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning product. Please contact us or go to www.onlinecomponents.com/rma to submit your return request. • All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving shipment. • Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $15; whichever is more. Please note that once your order is returned a credit will be given within 7-10 business days.
How do I place an order?
You may only place an order on our website. Begin by searching for an item using our search console on the top of the website!From there,find the part you are looking for and add the quantity you would like to your shopping cart. Go through the checkout process and submit your order.
How do I search for a part?
Use the search console on the top of the website to search by: full or partial part number/Keyword, Product Category, or Manufacturer.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for orders shipping within the United States is $20. If you are unable to add $20 of product to your order a minimum service fee will be added to reach the $20 mark. International orders require a minimum of $100.
There is no pricing on the product page – what do I do?
Submit a price request form – You will be e-mailed with pricing within 24 hours and you will be able to place your order then.
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, moments after placing an order you will receive an e-mail with your details confirming that your order has been received.
Can I place an order for a quantity greater than you have in-stock?
Yes. If we are a franchised distributor for the product being ordered the website will allow you to purchase larger quantities. You may also backorder items that we have no inventory on.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept several payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), C.O.D., or Wire Transfer/ Proforma Invoice.
When is my Credit Card charged?
When submitting your order online your card is only pre-authorized for the amount of the order. When the orders ships your credit card will be charged. If you have multiple shipments from one order you will see one charge per shipment.
Do you offer Net30 Terms?
We only offer Net30 Terms to long-standing customers that purchase over $100,000 annually.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We only charge sales to tax to orders shipping to the state of Nevada unless you have tax exempt status and a resale card. Orders shipping to all other states or country are not charged sales tax

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary and will be added to your invoice. You may also include your own freight account # upon checkout. International customers (excluding Canada) must add shipping costs to invoice.
When will my order ship?
If the parts are in-stock your order will ship within 24 hours! If there is a backorder please follow the advertised lead-times.
What is the cut-off time for same day shipments?
All orders for in-stock product placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time will ship the same day.
Where will my order ship from?
We ship from several distribution centers across the United States. It is possible your order will ship from multiple warehouses – please select a shipping schedule in the checkout process.
How do I get a tracking #?
A tracking # will be e-mailed to the buyer along with an invoice the evening your order ships. You can also e-mail us at sales@onlinecomponents.com or give us a call to get a tracking # or (check online).
How do I get an RMA #?
